Here are the services we can provide when you list your home with us:

• Complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that will compare your home's value to that of your neighbors and other homes in your immediate geographic area.
• List your home in two central Ohio Multi-List Systems (MLS).
• Market your home using the internet, newspaper advertisements, magazine advertisements, post card mailings, and sometimes even local TV and radio broadcasts.
• Help you "stage" your home to ensure you get the highest price in the shortest time.
• Present your home to as many qualified buyers as possible, getting your home maximum exposure.
• Assist with obtaining offers and help you in negotiating the best deal as smoothly as possible.
• Work closely with the title company and lender to assure a smooth "closing" (the final transaction, where the sale takes place, & money and property change hands).
• Help you find your next home and answer all of your questions about that area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
